Privacy policy

Data collected

This website has no forms, no user accounts and no audience measurement tools. The only personal data we process is the data you choose to send us by email or when booking a demo.

Demo booking

Appointments are booked through the third-party service Calendly, which is subject to its own privacy policy. The information you enter (name, email, message) is used solely to organise and prepare the meeting.

Local storage and language cookie

By default, the website is displayed in your browser’s language (French, English or Italian). If you choose a language with the FR / EN / IT selector, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage (key as-lang) and in a technical cookie as_lang valid for one year, so that the right version is shown directly on your next visits. If you use the button that pauses the videos, your choice is saved in local storage (key as-motion). This data is strictly necessary for the service you requested, contains no personal information and is not used for any tracking.

YouTube videos

Some of our work is shown as videos hosted on YouTube. They are only loaded if you click the play button, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain. YouTube (Google) may then set cookies, in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Retention period

Business correspondence is kept for three years from the last contact, unless you ask otherwise.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to the processing of and port your data. To exercise these rights: equipesumotori@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
